I’m not afraid of heights but sometimes it can get me a little nervous, especially climbing up and down a ladder in a place I’ve never been before. Going up is easy but going down is where I start to take things hella slow. Why? Well first you have to look down to see where the ladder steps are placed, then you have to trust yourself (while guessing and not looking) to get a good footing, and then it’s hoping your legs don’t get tripped up while climbing down.

Getting up here is hella easy.

I had to get to the roof at one of the dealerships because the satellite music went down. Everything at the music box was in order so I had to check the actual satellite. In the back of mind I knew it was the satellite because it had been hella windy the past couple of days.

The black cable was disconnected, so I reconnected it.

After being nosy and exploring the rest of the roof, while seeing some cool sights of the neighboring buildings and the mountains/desert landscape, I had to get back to work. First things first, getting off the roof.

Back to the hatch

After seeing the hatch, I had to look down to see the ladder and everything else below.

Don't. Fall. Down.

The depth doesn’t look too bad but in reality it was hella high. Again I wasn’t scurred, I just took a deep breath, and said to myself “Do it!”, and I did. I fixed the muzak and became the local hero for about 5 minutes, and then something else broke .

That’s my adventure for last week.

I got enrolled into the technical support training classes for Verizon phones. The classes will last 3 weeks and I now start back in the morning at 6:45am. I don’t know if being a tech support for phones is a step up the ladder and or a special skill learned. I’m thinking of the different paths as if playing role-playing games.

Looking at this picture above.. I’m going down the list (essentially up the ladder). I started in training, and is now in the green section “P”. After I’m done with classes, am I now on another level with possessing new skills?

OR, am I on the same level and just learning the new skills plus new paths to follow…

I mean either/or wouldn’t bother me, I prefer the new level (So I can have more pay, hahaha). But with every new skill learned makes way for more opportunities that can be unlocked.

I’m thinking of taking down the forums. It’s NOT because of the bots, although I do get raided every week. I added the forums because I was going through this whole community input idea, well, it ran it’s course and I’m pretty much over it. I really can’t say the forum failed because we had members and members did interact with one another. I’m ready to just stick to blogging, also with some goals about to be reached in the near future, blogging seems to be the best way to communicate. So for now, I’m not going to be moderating the forums, when I have enough time I’ll let you know when I’m deleting them. This is the Samoan-Ninja signing off.. LAtEZ.
